If you would like to check on any specific insurance company, or for more detailed information, please call the office at (206)362-2273.
We accept cash, check or any of the major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discovery, American Express & Diner’s Club) for our treatment. We also offer a 3% discount off a full payment over $1000.00.
If you are over 62 years of age, you are eligible for our Golden Age discount of 3% off for all treatment costs.
We can offer a “Care Credit” plan for your convenience, if you qualify.
Insurance Assignments
Cindy is fully empowered to make any financial arrangements that will meet both of our needs. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable about the insurance companies that we deal with and can discuss the coverage and estimated covered fees with you. As a courtesy we will file all treatments for you with your insurance company.
If there is a problem with insurance payments, Cindy will attempt to resolve the problems for you, but we may ask for your assistance since you are the insured policy owner.
We will make every effort to make our treatments very clear and understandable. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to try to answer them for you.
